I had a terrible experience with Chantix, so I recommend the patch which reduces your nicotine intake gradually over several weeks. There are generic brands that are cheaper.

look at me! i look terrible, but i feel worse. i’m sick AGAIN. i swear, i just got over this shit three weeks ago! a couple of fuckers at the bar where i work had the sneezes last week, and here i am, sick again!
note the nasty bruise-like color under my eyes.
the bloodshot look is normal for me, though, as is the glazed-eye look. i wear contact lenses.
this sucks ass. i’m convinced more and more it’s all because i smoke. of course, i can’t smoke when i’m sick so maybe my body is doing this to me on purpose to force me to quit.
i should quit. i don’t even like it anymore anyway. i’ve been smoking for 25 years now. TWENTY FIVE FUCKING YEARS. i think it’s time to stop.
