Question by ashli_110606: I would like to start breaking my bad habits of unhealthy eating and laying around all day?
I’m 16 years old. Not overweight just not toned or in good physical shape. I was hearing some things about hula hooping being a good exercise for the abdominal area. At first I thought it sounded silly. But I hear it alot and want to give it a try. Does anyone know if it really works ?? If it does will a kids hula hoop work for now, until I have the money to buy an exercising one.

Forget the hula hoop.
Start jogging!
It works out different muscles!
